LOWLIGHTING PROCEDURE

1.Dispense  1  application,  as  indicated  on  tube,  HYPNOTIC  Single–Step  Creme  Lowlights  into  mixing bowl. Measure 1½ oz PURE OXI 10 Volume Creme or Demi-Permanent Creme Developer and pour into mixing bowl. Whip color creme and developer to a creamy consistency.

2. Apply HYPNOTIC Single–Step Creme Lowlights to dry hair using foils, color papers or an all-over color application. NOTE: Can be used on gray hair.

3.Process: HYPNOTIC Single–Step Creme Lowlights. See processing times.

4.Shampoo twice with WHITE TEA Sulfate Free Restorative Shampoo. Apply NO H2O2No Peroxide, leave on 3 – 5 minutes and rinse. Apply WHITE TEA Daily Conditioner, leave on 1 – 3 minutes and rinse.
